Spine Innovations, formerly a subsidiary of the French group, FH ORTHO, a recognized leader in orthopedics, distributes lumbar and cervical disc prostheses as well as ancillaries for fitting these implants. It was created in July 2020 and took full independence in November of that same year. The activities of Spine Innovations are mainly focused on the Commercialization and Marketing of this line of cutting edge products for spine surgery which is available in more than 15 countries.

The mission is to develop all the training tools in order to increase the training levels of product users, namely user surgeons as well as people in the field (distributors, agents, salespeople) and to organize training as well as the various educational and promotional events. The organization of congress-type events will also be part of the mission.

Position based in Mulhouse.

  • He / She organizes training for surgeons and sales teams
  • He / She maintains the databases related to training monitoring
  • He / She takes the necessary steps with the CNOM for all support
  • He / She maintains a calendar of the various training courses in order to anticipate reservations and carry out legal procedures (transparency declaration, CNOM, etc.)
  • He / She organizes the Operative Days and associated trips
  • He / She organizes the Operative Assistance during the installation of products in the operating room
  • He / She participates in the organization of congresses and professional events including Webinar
  • He / She prepares the communication elements and various materials to be sent for training, conferences and other promotional events
  • He / She reserves the stand locations at the congresses as well as the various services necessary for the smooth running of the events
  • He / She organizes trips for external and internal people
  • He / She participates in the development of various materials for training on products
  • He / She organizes targeted and adapted training for technical teams such as ADV, logistics, other departments of the company
  • He / She makes various hotel and restaurant reservations
  • He / She organizes meetings of customers and distributors
  • He / She sets up appropriate organizational and monitoring tools
